Chapter 20:
Peter has so many enemies, but he gets a wand and his only attacks before escaping are Ron and Krummbein. When the Weasleys get attacked in the future, it's probably more to do with Peter's grudge against them than the fact that Harry spends so much time with them.
Chapter 21:
The trust these teachers put in Hermione. "Yes, I'd like a device that I can use to alter the timeline." "For you, Hermione? Of course, just don't let your friends know about it, we can't trust James' son. And if Ron finds out about it, how long before Fred and George do?"
Chapter 22:
"I call dibs on the owl!"
